Can a 15 1/2 year old teen drive a sports bike in NJ?

-please tell me all the requirements for a 15 1/2 year old to drive a sports bike in NJThe minimum driving age for a motorcycle in NJ is 17, so the only way to drive a sports bike is on private land.Have a license. Same as driving any other vehicle on public roads.
