Can i ask my attorney for money in the trust account?

-If I was in a car wreck and the at fault person insurance company paid out and settled and my insurance also paid me some money and settled that claim but my attorny also opened a UIM claim under my policy and is holding all funds received in a trust account untill my insurance decides weather or not to pay can I ask my attorney for alittle bit of the money to help with somw bills I'm behind on that need to be paid or do I have to wait to all funds are received?No. They will most likely not release anything yet. But.... Don't you think that you should be asking the attorney this question ?
