Don't get any speeding tickets or parking tickets. The former will mess up your life, the latter probably your mother's. For a few years, anyway, drive like your grandmother.

as long as the car is regged and insured your ok/however you must have full unrestricted license that Va accepts to operate in Md
no it wont just if it does just switch it to Maryland tags. but in some states the license plate has to be for that state
