Drivers License requirements for New mexico?

-I'm from texas and will be moving right outside of texas to Hobbs new mexico. I'm 16, and just finished my driving classes, and already received my Learners license (permit), I was wondering what I would have to do to get a New mexico license, and if there was any possible way to get it before my 6 month of having my permit was over, because while living there I need to get myself and family to school, plus me to work.
