For insurance purposes what is worse a dui or reckless driving?

-The sate that the offense was in is nebraska.From what I have seen in the past, a DUI is. A Reckless Operation charge normally carries a really stiff fine and maximum license points for the citation (in States where points on a license are used). Jail time is not likely though. A DUI also affects insurance costs.
As long as you didn't kill or injure anyone through your reckless driving, the DUI is worse, as it stays on your record longer.
I'm pretty sure a DUI is worse.
