How old do you have to be to legally own a car in the state of Wisconsin?

-I am 15 and I have found the car I want to buy I have saved up and am going to buy it. But how old do you have to be so you can buy it and everything can be put under your name? Also do you need a drivers licence?No age limit to own a vehicle. You must have a license and insurance to drive and register (get plates) the vehicle.
