Can a ticket for honking raise my insurance?

-I rightfully got a ticket from a cop for laying on the horn, but I had no idea the ticket would be $100. Oh well. Will it affect my insurance?I WOULD THINK IT WOULD BE A MOVING VIOLATION THAT AFFECTS YOUR INSURANCE not A HONKING VIOLATION, BUT IF YO DOUBT ME CALLETH THE INSURANCE COMPANY,,JUST DONT HONK AT THEM,,,,,I dont know about insurance, but wtf? If horn using is illegal, should the horns not be removed from cars? I dont use mine because I dont expect others to learn from my sonic barrage, but come on, this is a real example of our bent over posture to city hall. I got a jaywalking ticket for 126$ in a crosswalk during a green light, just no white man, but the redhand. This is just sad.
