How to get a texas drivers license fast?

-Im 17 and I live with my single mother, shes gonna have a baby and i have a job that needs a car soon when i start school. I currently have a permit but no license, so whats a way of getting a license fast like within a month. I need the license so i can help support me, my mom and the baby.If you have met the qualifications to take the TX driving test (had your permit for the required amount of time) call and make an appointment to take the test. If not, your reasons do not meet the requirements for a Hardship or regular license.

Not sure there is even an expedited option, but if you quit standing around, you shouldn't have to wait the "6 to 8 weeks" they normally claim...
