Could i get my tag stickers if i still havent had the title changed?

-I just got the car but the bank messed up a letter and they need to run it all thru again and my tags are expired this month and I need the little sticker thing for the year which is 25$ and I need it so I can go to dallas next week I'm from Woodward oklahomawhen the car is in your name you can---not before/save the trip
