HELP!!!!! Can I get my Class D license?

-In Georgia, can I get my Class D license if I have only had my Learner's Permit for a month or so (suppose to have it for one year and one day) but finished my 40 hours and class training at the age of 17? Because I really need at least my Class D license. I know can get my full Class C license at 18 but I can't that long because that is not until next year. So is it possibly for me to get Class D quicker.
