I have a car is dead and i owe money on but the bank no longer wants the cars because they failed to repo it.?

-can i sell it for parts without title or can i donate it?Ask to contact the lawyer to see if you can attempt to part it out to repay the debt. You cant sell the car, scrap, or donate without the title.
You can't legally sell or donate the car if you don't own it. If the bank really doesn't want the car then ask them for a settlement and get the title from them.
