What shoud i do if they crashed into my car without me having car incuranse?

-ok, so on forth of july i got in a car accident and i wasent insured because i had berly registerd the car under my name on thursday before the crash. so this *** hole was stoped at a red light and just backed up into my 99 honda civic totaling it. but sence i dint have car incurance, and this guy had full coverage,i dint file a police report stating wat happend. And the other guy dint either.but ppl are telling me to make a report and because i dint had incurance the would just issu me a ticket. but sence it was his foult hes incurance would pay evrything...oh and my civic has a salvge title...wat shud i do peopleunfortunately it wasnt his fault as neither of you had any wittnesses due to the fact that he could inform his insurance that you collided into his vehicle. if i was you just ignore it.. your gonna dig a big hole for yourself. you dont have insurance ,so how can you make a false claim.The first thing you should do is to learn how to spell. After you get to at least a second grade level you should probably realize that it's illegal to drive without car insurance, so if you file a police report you'll also get a fine. Pretty much what I'm saying is that you should probably pay a little more attention in school and give the car in front of you a little more room.
