-when i get a car licence/motorbike licence, will they be seperate licences to my CBT. Thanks"Hi, so a car licence and bike licence are seperate"

Yes and no.

You only have one driving licence. When you pass the relevant driving test, the new Category will be added to your licence.

The C.B.T. is not a licence.

The C.B.T. is not a test.

The C.B.T. is simply a training course, that all new riders must undergo, before they are allowed to ride on the road.Your CBT is not a licence.

CBT - Compulsory Basic Training - is a course on successful completion of which you will be given a DL196 ( a CBT Certificate)

When you get you licence you will see various groups denoted by letters on the bottom of it. Initially it is a provisional licence which is upgraded to full as you pass the various tests.

Category P (mopeds) and category A (motorcycles) require you to take a CBT course before you can get on the road on these vehicles.

Your license looks just the same with different categories on it...the CBT is a test and you get a certificate to send to your insurer and as proof you have completed it.
They gIVE U On the bASES OF TWO WHEELER OR FOUR WHEELER Not whICH MopeD OR BIKE U USE.No neEd to buy new license.
