Will a years expeiance on the road on my moped count as a year off my moped/car insurance?

-I've found out that having a moped for over a year reduces the cost of your moped insurance in year 2. Will the same thing happen with a car or a different motorbike as I've had a full years experience on the road and will this make any difference to my car/motorbike insurance - it will on my moped. It will only reduce the cost of insuring a motorcycle, scooter or moped.
